Create and manage your account

You’ll sign in, land in an organization, and be ready to invite teammates and connect a cluster.

Sign in or create an account​

Open the dashboard. If you are not signed in, you land on the sign-in page.

  • Sign in with an existing account, or
  • Create a new account if you do not have one yet

Use the dashboard URL your team gave you. SSO appears when your admin requires it.

Land in an organization​

After your first successful sign-in, Xooshe:

  • Creates an organization for you
  • Makes you its administrator

You work inside that organization for clusters, wallet, and tickets.

Invite and join​

As admin:

  1. Invite members to the organization.
  2. Grant or revoke access to clusters the organization manages.
  3. Manage Wallet and billing for that organization.

If someone already added you, open Profile or Account settings and activate / switch to that organization.

You’re done when​

  • Your organization appears in the dashboard (profile / organization switcher).
  • As admin, you can open cluster and account areas for that organization.
  • Invited members can switch into the org from Profile / Account settings.

If it fails​
