Organizations

You’ll keep clusters, wallet, tickets, and members inside one organization.

Create and switch​

  • New accounts receive an organization automatically and become its admin.
  • Switch organizations from Profile or Account settings when you belong to more than one.

Wrong org’s clusters? Switch organization in Profile / Account settings.

Invite members​

  1. Open organization settings.
  2. Invite members by email.
  3. Assign roles and cluster access.

Anyone in the same organization can see shared clusters and tickets they have access to.

Invite not received: confirm the email and ask the invitee to check spam; open a ticket if it still fails.

Admin responsibilities​

  • Keep membership current (remove people who leave).
  • Grant cluster access intentionally — not everyone needs every cluster.
  • Watch wallet and billing for unexpected spend.
