AI agent setup and access
You’ll open AI Mode for a selected cluster and ask concrete questions about apps and environments.
Before you start
- Signed in to an organization with at least one connected cluster
- AI Mode enabled for your organization
Open AI Mode
- Select the cluster you want to talk about.
- Open AI Mode (home tabs) or the AI entry point in the dashboard.
Ask a concrete question
Examples:
- “List instances that are not running”
- “Why did my last deploy fail?”
Follow links or UI actions the agent suggests (open logs, check an environment, and so on).
You’re done when
- The chat panel loads for the selected cluster.
- Answers reference apps / environments you actually have.
If it fails
| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| Empty or generic answers | Confirm the correct cluster is selected |
| Feature missing | Your organization may not include AI Mode — contact your admin or open a ticket |
