AI agent setup and access
You’ll open AI Agent for a selected cluster and ask concrete questions about apps and environments.
Before you start
- Signed in to an organization with at least one connected cluster
- AI Agent enabled for your organization
- Your role includes AI access (owners and Full access members have it; otherwise the tab is hidden)
Open AI Agent
- Select the cluster you want to talk about.
- Open AI Agent (home tabs) or the AI entry point in the dashboard.
Ask a concrete question
Examples:
- “List instances that are not running”
- “Why did my last deploy fail?”
Follow links or UI actions the agent suggests (open logs, check an environment, and so on).
You’re done when
- The chat panel loads for the selected cluster.
- Answers reference apps / environments you actually have.
If it fails

| Empty or generic answers | Confirm the correct cluster is selected |
| Feature missing | Confirm AI Agent is enabled for the organization, and that your role includes AI access |
